
About Hridaya
Having spent 17 years as an Ishaya monk, meditation and yoga teacher, I am deeply passionate about consciousness and spirituality. I also saw that one size does not fit everyone and a multi faceted approach to healing and awakening is required. I was looking for additional tools that included integration of the body and the nervous system in trauma healing. I found Breathwork in 2021 through Jake Loreto at The Breath Movement and started supporting his retreats and breathwork events.
It helped me integrate trauma from an abusive relationship and grief around the passing of my father.
In 2024 I embarked on my breathwork facilitator training with Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release System (BBTRS®).
I quit my stressful job, completed a 75 hard challenge and moved to Bali. Safe to say my life transformed!
It has helped re-establishing the mind/body connection, become in tune with my emotions and body, release repressed emotions, strengthen my nervous system and integrated parts of myself that have been rejected or judged.
I am passionate about helping you re-connect with the wisdom of your body and emotions and alchemise your trauma into treasure. I love discovering myself through breathwork and I invite you to join me on this journey.
